This depends. If you are a practitioner under the Starter plan, you are bound by contact to conduct all billings and claims within the Nexia Wellness platform for 24 months for each client you work with. If you wish to move the relationship with your client outside the platform, you are free to do so after paying a conversion fee specified in the Terms and Conditions and on your practitioner contract, which equals 6 months of your lowest session rate. Keep in mind that by taking your relationship outside Nexia Wellness, you will lose protections in place on our platform such as payment protections and dispute services. Note: Choosing to conduct transactions outside the platform without paying the conversion fee is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and practitioner contract, and is subject to account termination in addition to being charged the conversion fee.
