Payment processing is done by our third-party vendor Stripe. All practitioners are required to create an account with Stripe upon entering the Nexia Wellness platform in order to receive payment. Payment depends on the type of plan you are signed up under. Under the Starter plan, practitioners will get paid after the session and service have been completed minus any commission fees. Payment will be deposited within 3 to 7 business days on your Stripe account. With the Professional plan, practitioners get payment deposited to their Stripe account immediately after the client purchase. No fees are deducted with the Professional plan. For group classes, payment is deposited to the practitioner’s Stripe account after the class has been conducted or purchased in the case of pre-recorded classes. Commission fees apply per transaction.
