Can I see a practitioner in person?

Yes, you can choose a practitioner close to your location by entering your zip code and using the “Closest to Farthest” filter on the marketplace search. Please keep in mind that some practitioners are bound by contract to conduct all billings and claims on the marketplace. You can easily identify these practitioners by a disclaimer on their profile page. You are free to move your transactions outside of the Nexia Wellness platform after paying a conversion fee equal to 6 months of your practitioner’s lowest session rate. See the Conversion FAQ for more details. Note: Choosing to conduct transactions outside the platform without paying the conversion fee is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and practitioner contract, and is subject to account termination in addition to being charged the conversion fee. If you wish to proceed with moving your relationship outside of the Nexia Wellness platform, please email the team at contact@nexiawellness.com for the next steps. We will work to ensure that all parties involved are aware and agree to the terms.
