I was in a 25 year marriage with a partner diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. As my children got older, his behaviors and patterns got more rigid and the psychological and emotional abuse became intolerable. My approach is to be a co-active partner, asking powerful questions to evoke awareness and sharing tools and approaches to get out of toxic cycles. My communication style allows room to hold space for a client to see a situation from all angles and then work towards helping them to reclaim their power.

60 minutes (each session)
One hour session with a credentialed coach specializing in narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. We will focus on the challenges and barriers you are currently facing and develop solutions you might not be able to see presently. We will also work on new tools you can use including important self-preservation and emotional regulation techniques. Fee is based on a sliding fee scale and packages offering reduced rates are available.
