After years of struggling with depression, "bad luck" and anger issues, I decided that I was tired of living that way - something had to change. I started out learning about quantum physics, crystals and energy. Once I realized the possibilities for positive change I enrolled to become a Reiki Master. Since then I have have created a positive, spirit-centered life for myself, and gone on to acquire certifications in many other modalities, such as Holistic Health & Wellness, Alternative Healing Therapy, Meditation & Yoga Nidra, Vocal Sound Chakra Balancing and Shamanic Breathwork. I use all of this knowledge during my therapy sessions.

I have always been called to help others. I love to engage with my clients and use my education and experience to help them to create the life they deserve. My work is to provide my clients with the tools to live a life with less stress & pain and more happiness & abundance. My goal is for my clients to become the masters of their world.

5% of all sales will be donated to Covenant House. This amazing charity provides homeless, trafficked and at-risk youth with a place to stay, nutritious meals, healthcare, mental health support, education and employment.
