Whether you are trying to conceive, facing pregnancy loss, preparing for birth, or adjusting to life with a new baby, I'm honored to serve as your guide. As a fertility coach, birth educator and doula since 2009, I provide comprehensive support throughout the childbearing year including pre-conception and fertility coaching, counseling for all kinds of pregnancy loss, holistic preparation for birth, “baby-proofing” your relationship or marriage, and postpartum recovery care.

I have extensive experience supporting clients with a history of trauma, eating disorders and body image issues, fertility challenges and prior loss. As a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and my approach integrates modern science and ancient wisdom.
