About Me

I am a mother of two amazing humans, a former public school teacher, business owner and was completing my nursing degree when I was gifted with a brain injury. My abilities as a former athlete and competitor combined with a myriad of life experiences have provided me with a perspective that is informed, experienced , curious and welcoming. I embrace and am excited by different personalities and learning styles. I am passionate helping people navigate their challenges.
