Hello there. My name is Carolyn and I am a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My focus in Chinese Medicine is on herbal medicine, food therapy and lifestyle support which is mostly done through telehealth. I have a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and a Certification in Chinese Herbal Medicine where I have over 300 hours of clinical herbal training along with four years of working in herbal dispensaries and having long-term mentorship from two Chinese Medicine doctors from Liaoning and Chengdu, China. I also am taking a second masters in Herbalism through the Irish School of Herbal Medicine in Portlaoise, Ireland.
My clinical background for herbal medicine can be supportive for many conditions including and not limited to internal medicine, fibromyalgia, allergies, seasonal health, digestion, women's health and asthma.
Through my practice, I also have my own company called Acknowledge Wellness LLC where I share herbal products, teas, tea meditation offerings along with herbal and lifestyle education via blogs so others can become more familiar with Chinese Medicine. A portion of the sales from our herbal products and teas goes towards supporting our Monthly Spotlight Series where we host other practitioners and organizations who are also doing amazing things in creating more wellness and health for our communities.

In a first-office call, consultations consist of a detailed intake focused on your health concerns in determining your Chinese Medicine Diagnosis. An individualized treatment plan will be created together that supports your health goals which can include herbs, food therapy and lifestyle that support your needs.

What's Not Included in a Consultation?
The price of herbs is not included in the consultation fee as herbs vary depending on the condition being treated. After each consultation, you'll receive an invoice via quickbooks for the cost of herbs.
