During this session, we will discuss any area(s) of particular concern you may have in regards to your energetic state (if any). Once established, I will guide you into a meditative state where I will assess your aura & chakras. Healing energy will be sent where needed to bring energetic balance to the body. There will be time allotted at the end of the session to discuss findings & ways to keep yourself energetically balanced.

In this session, you can choose your topic of choice to discuss or we can simply see what Spirit has to say to you during this moment in time. I like to assess your current energy, challenges, strengths & advice to move forward. Spiritual guidance readings are used to help you reach your fullest potential, we will not use this time to focus on anyone but you & your overall wellbeing.

As a life coach, I am here to empower & support the changes that you wish to see in your life! In your coaching session I will LISTEN to understand your current concerns, ASSESS your current actions to initiate change (or lack there of), & CREATE A PLAN of tangible action steps for you to assist you with achieving your goal. Each session will be unique to each client. I do not use templates based on common topics of concern, I allow your energy to guide the session so that you leave feeling ENRICHED, EMPOWERED, & ENLIGHTENED.
