I grew up in the Bay Area active in sports throughout school. At an early age I also discovered my passion for horse back riding. During high school I acknowledged the role nutrition had in my performance with with sports and competitive horse riding. I also liked food, baking and educating others on the importance of quality food and lifestyle choices. It was an easy decision to move to San Diego where I attended and graduated from San Diego State with my degree in Food and Nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship at the VA hospital in San Diego and received my dietetic license in 2011. Thereafter, I worked at a resort style gym where I provided nutrition and Pilates services to members. In addition, I worked a few years at a Sports Medicine Clinic where I learned specific movement protocols to address back pain. Within in the past year, I have added in spiritual training as a Akashic healer and practitioner. I am passionate about all things health and wellness.
My approach to health and wellness is examining and identifying the balance or lack thereof in the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental components. I meet people where they are at with an action plan of realistic, achievable goals to bring them back into wholeness and wellness within their body. I treat people as unique, bioindividuals and therefore create custom plans. I believe in a collaborative approach and desire to work with motivated individuals that are really open to creating the best version of themselves. Together we work toward aligning you to your truest and highest potential.
