My practice takes this into account to provide a deeper holistic healing through reiki, guided imagery, relaxation hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT/TFT and life coaching. I also encourage self-care. During a reiki session you will be asked to relax and breathe deeply. You may experience a feeling of warmth and relaxation. There will never be pain or discomfort. Following the reiki session you need to drink plenty of water to flush toxins the reiki is releasing from your body, You should experience improvement in symptoms within the first few hours which should last several days, depending on your situation.

PTSD often develops following a traumatic event (combat, acts of violence, terrorism, abuse/neglect) and is characterized by intrusive thoughts about the event, with recurrent stress, anxiety, flashbacks and avoidance of similar situations.
A moral injury is defined as a trauma response to witnessing or participating in workplace behaviors that contradict one’s moral beliefs in high-stakes situations. The events typically include transgressions by others, such as superiors, managers or coworkers; transgressions individuals commit themselves; and betrayal. Acts that go against every ounce of your moral fiber.
